Robbie WIlliams & Gary Barlow ~ O2....Oh My!

There were times when this was inconceivable - nobody thought it could ever happen.
Time does in fact, heal all wounds.

Robbie - What Verse Is This Now? *cough* - Williams

If Robbie Williams is going to continue to perform, he has got to rehearse more & smoke less.

He needs to give up the durries & learn his lyrics! I'm tired of him forgetting lyrics all the time. It's funny on occasion, especially Angels (how can anyone forget Angels?) since that's by far his most requested song & an alternate national anthem in Britain.

This public relations campaign for Reality Killed The Video Star (his latest album) has been less that stellar & some of the performances have just been embarrassing & insulting & cringeworthy.

Give up the fags Rob & pick up the lyrics sheet - you're beautiful voice is going to shit & your performances are worth a bit more respect from you than a cursory glance at the song book!

Who knows, if you went on stage knowing all the words you were about to sing, maybe your debilitating stage fright may not be so debilitating....just sayin'

Chrisonabike = Illuminati Puppet!

EDIT Jan 9th, 2010.
I don't know how far the Illuminati's crusty, gnarled fingers extend into the blogosphere but eerily enuf, this vid, & in fact this user's whole account has just been closed!

Could it be that I uncovered a secret plot?
Are they corrupting pop culture with subliminal symbols??
Is that lean-to really a sign???
Is Robbie Williams really a puppet???? (no, not this kind of puppet!)
Do I have too much time on my hands right now?????

Prolly ;)

Whatever the case, I'm leaving the original post up as it gave me a giggle...

Bless you theorphan16 for your ernest, however slightly misguided interpretation of Bodies.
I am so tempted to join ATS just so I can post a link to this vid...

Q: When is a lean-to not a lean-to?
A: When it is a Freemason's symbol of a pyramid inserted into a pop video to secretly corrupt the youth of the world! hahahahahahaaaaaa

What do you say about these pics then?

Robbie Williams At His Entertaining Best

A lesson for anyone who wants to know how to entertain...

He starts with the 2nd verse, sings it twice, hits many notes that are not originally intended to be in the song & carries on giving the best performance anyway.

Gotta love him!

Can't WAIT for the new music....'out in yer shops at Christmas' pehaps?

RobbieHood

I know there has been much speculation over the years, & given Rob's dislike of acting I can't imagine it will ever happen but.....
I would love Robbie Williams to remake Robin Hood as a musical. Each song could be a brill vid as well as part of the story.

Errol Flynn with a set of chops...mmmmmmmm!

Mix Your Own Robbie Williams

Or somebody else if you want to, but why you would want to when you have Mr Williams at your fingertips is well, baffling to say the least!

I love Your Spins

You can spend hours mixing....& remixing, hours I tell you!

A Little Hand Clap For You Robbie

Stranger things have been known to happen in my life than you stumbling across this blog so with that in mind I just thought I'd write a couple of words of support.

I can't say I know what you're going thru although I can imagine the most difficult part was actually deciding to do it.

Well done with that!

I believe you are much stronger than you believe you are - yes I think you're strong & you're wrong! I bet a lot of people do that to you don't they? Quote your lyrics back to you. Lame, huh! Sorry.
You really only have yourself to blame for that tho - magical wordsmith you!

Your music means so much to so many people. In fact, it has helped countless people in the same position you find yourself in now. You're just unlucky that you don't have a Robbie Williams in your life to help you thru tough times, & make your heart soar when times are awesome.

You gotta love life, if only for the ironies.

Maybe you do have your own Robbie....hmmmm....who would that be?
Lou Reed? James Taylor? The Beastie Boys? Dr. Hook? A continuous loop of Agadoo? hehe

Anyway, look after yourself, take your time & when you're ready, there will be many happy people still here, delighted to welcome you back.
Hopefully by then, that thought won't freak you out too much.

Loving The 21st Century! ~ Part Three

So this time I'm rocking out to Millenium, Back For Good & Rudebox by phone all over my house while at the very same time, my wonderful friends are doing the very same thing at the Milton Keynes Bowl in the UK.
They have actually renamed it Milton Keynes Plate now as they bounced so hard they flattened it! BWAAAHAHAHAHAAAAA!
My friends are not only kind & thoughtful, they're damn funny too!

This is where they were....

But this is where they were....

Note: This is not their actual vid...but they were this close...& we were all singing this song.

Loving The 21st Century! ~ Part Deux

So I just finished listening to ..."Ohhhh Lord, make me pure, but not yeeeeeeet..."
The concert sounded even louder that yesterday if that's possible!
If you have never seen Robbie Williams live, I recommend getting a ticket...quickly!
The greatest show on earth!
If you can't get a ticket, then finding a friend who does & who will take the time to call you from the spectacular is the next coolest thing!
RW, technology & friends RAWK!!!

Loving The 21st Century!

I just received a call from RheinEnergieStadion in Cologne where Robbie Williams was singing ..."Monsooooon, come soooo-oon"... with about 75,000 fans.
It was SO LOUD but I could hear Mr Williams very well - they must be in the front row! ;) haha
Thanx to my friends xxx  Photobucket Biggie hugs mates!

& every person who had a hand in the development of the technology that got us to the point of me being on the other side of the planet & yet still being able to hear Rob in real time!
Gotta love it!

Live8

Robbie Williams - Best Performance of the Day

How GREAT was this event?! I know a lot of people thought it was indulgent, ineffective & insulting to have a mass of the world's richest entertainers poncing around 4 continents performing for human rights, but it was still the coolest thing to happen since
Live Aid.
I watched the whole day on my puter with extremely good streaming, it was amazing!

I will not say the same for the US MTV broadcast of the same event however. How anyone could balls this up so badly still mystifies me!

"Yes, we have Will Smith on in the background now & he's doing a magnificent job. What a great show today. You should see how the crowd is reacting...blah blah blah."

Yeah? Well, get out from in front of the camera & let us see, YOU WANKERS!!!!

Anyway, I just think it's amazing to live in this era where we can all watch the same thing & interact with people from all over the world, all in real time.
Gives me goose bumps.

Now if it has an effect on the G8 then it will really have been worthwhile. If not, it was still a rockin' day & I'm sure it will be appreciated in years to come way more than it seems to be now.
